Our principle: no fees that have not been disclosed in the proposal.

WOC is our service approach for more structured and understandable corporate sourcing from Türkiye. We bring buyer needs and manufacturer information onto the same basis: product, quantity, quality expectations, delivery conditions and commercial terms.

From a need to a decision dossier

First, the product definition and target terms are clarified. Suitable manufacturer candidates are researched. Quotations are compared on a common basis, showing scope, documents, delivery and open questions alongside price. Depending on the agreed engagement, samples, production follow-up and shipment coordination are planned separately.

Two prices for the same product are not directly comparable if delivery terms or packaging differ. WOC aims to make these decision-relevant differences visible. Technical suitability and quality are considered through the necessary documentation and expertise.

Transparent pricing

Before work begins, our written proposal states service scope, payer, calculation method, any percentage and calculation basis, exclusions, additional expenses and payment terms. Buyers and suppliers should understand their responsibilities and the nature of the fee relationship. Our principle is not to apply fees that have not been disclosed in the proposal.

Begin with WOC Operations

Buyers can submit product requests, while suppliers use the access information provided to them to submit quotations through separate workspaces. The required buyer approval for external correspondence remains part of the process.
