WiMaSa | International Project Factory

A working model that combines human expertise and AI-supported tools to turn ideas into researchable, developable projects.

WiMaSa is SABA.HAUS’s project-development brand and working model, combining human expertise with AI-supported working tools. By “international project factory”, we mean more than describing an idea: we aim to make it researchable, developable and capable of moving forward with suitable stakeholders.

People set the direction. Digital tools expand the workspace.

People define the need and purpose. AI tools help organise sources, compare options, produce drafts and support suitable workflows. Evaluation, specialist review and approval of material commitments remain under human responsibility.

WiMaSa’s strength is not a single tool. It lies in defining the question clearly, making information traceable and turning outputs into something useful.

What comes out of the project factory?

Research and decision dossiers: Needs, options, sources and open questions are considered within one framework.

Commercial workflows: Requests, quotations and samples are organised with comparison and approval points.

Digital workspaces: Interfaces can be developed for relevant users to share information and participate in a process.

Project communication and documents: Technical ideas, business models and social goals become understandable presentations and content.

Not every project needs the same output. Deliverables are selected according to the need and agreed scope.

One approach, different needs

WOC / Operations: A published digital workspace with separate buyer and supplier flows. Explore it.

DogaHane: A development vision considering housing together with its surroundings, community life and modular production. Discover it.

CES Bursa: A social-impact proposal for children’s safe living environments, education and support. Explore the project.

Three example scenarios

A buyer wants to assess quotations from different manufacturers: a decision dossier can show scope differences, delivery terms and missing information.

A community is considering a new living environment: user needs, local conditions and questions requiring specialist input can be brought together within a project framework.

A social initiative wants to share its idea with institutions: its purpose, service model, stakeholder roles and open questions can be organised in understandable documents.

These scenarios explain our approach; they do not claim that each has already been implemented.

Tell us your idea, who it should benefit and where it stands today. Let’s define the first step together.
